CANCELLATION POLICIES

Withdrawals & Refunds

• If you need to withdraw from a class, workshop, or open studio event, please email Mary at mary@marypow.com.
• If your withdrawal request is received at least 7 days before the start of your class, you are eligible to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment that was used to purchase the class. 
• If your withdrawal request is received less than 7 days before the start of your class, no refunds will given; however, you may transfer your class spot to another person.

Minimum Enrollment Cancellation Policy

• If the minimum enrollment has not met 3 days before the scheduled class, workshop, or open studio event, I reserve the right to cancel it. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation and a full refund will be issued. Please check your spam folder.

Inclement Weather Policy

• If a weather event or winter storm makes it unsafe to travel, the class will be cancelled or rescheduled. You will receive a text message and/or an email at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time to notify you of the change. Please check your spam folder.
• If the class is cancelled, you will receive store credit for a future class.
• A rescheduled time may be offered. If the rescheduled time does not work for you, you will receive store credit for a future class.
