Framing & Shipping Options
1) Default: Unframed - shipping or pick up
The artwork will arrive unframed. Your piece will be packaged with care, covered with acid-free glassine paper, and securely sandwiched between layers of cardstock and cardboard. It will ship via USPS or you can choose to pick it up at the studio. Since pastels paintings must be displayed behind glass, you will need to bring the artwork to a professional framer of your choice.
2) Add on: Framed with Glass - pick up only
- Frame: A statement frame with a decorative, baroque-style face that resembles fish scale in gold, 3" wide
- Glass: anti-reflective Tru Vue UltraVue® UV70 Glass
The artwork is ready to hang on your wall! It is framed with a spacer between the artwork and glass; backing paper, hanging wire, and artwork information are on the back. Since shipping pastels with glass is extremely challenging, this option needs to be picked up in person at my studio. If you live within the Twin Cities metro area, I may be able to deliver to your door, contact me about delivery.
