Royal Candles
These flowers growing in my front garden are so upstanding and purple in hue, no wonder they are called Royal Candles.

A NOTE ABOUT PASTEL
Unlike most types of painting, pastel is a dry medium. It is pure powdered pigment in the form of a stick, allowing it to have a close association with drawing.
A NOTE ABOUT FRAMING
Pastel paintings need to be framed behind glass and handled with care to prevent damages. Professional framing is best, ideally with museum quality glass.
