SHIPPING

• Unframed Pastel Paintings will arrive packaged with cardboard supports and wrapped in glassine paper to keep them safe while in transit. I highly recommended having your pastel paintings framed professionally; glass is a necessity.
• Framed Pastel Paintings are very challenging to ship due to the fact that they must be framed under glass. Therefore, framed pastel paintings need to be picked up in person at my studio. If you live within the Twin Cities metro area, I may be able to deliver to your door. Contact me at mary@marypow about delivery.
• Shipping and in-store pickup: Most items are available for either shipping or in-store pickup. See each item for specific details. Pickup is located at my studio.
• Shipping is through USPS for most orders. Priority Mail or standard mail is used depending upon the size and weight of your order. I will ship via UPS if your order is oversized. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
• Expedited Shipping is available. Please contact me at [email protected] if this is something you would like to request.
• Custom Portraits and Other Commissioned Art: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email from me welcoming you and letting you know what to expect. Once your artwork meets your approval and is deemed complete, your package will ship. Tracking information will be sent to you. If you would like to receive your custom artwork by a specific date, please contact me at [email protected]. I'm happy to work with you on a reasonable timeline.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns and/or exchanges cannot be accepted on custom portraits or artwork commissions.
• Exchanges of original art may be accepted if the piece is in perfect condition. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are in any way unhappy with your original art purchase. I will assist you with receiving an acceptable exchange on a one-on-one basis.
• Clearance and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Other items can be returned in original condition within 30 days, please contact me at [email protected] before returning an item so I can expect your package. I will reimburse you via your original payment method once the item is received.
• Return shipping costs are not refunded.
