MinneBites: Handmade Bags with Bite has been retired
After 10 years of hand-crafting MinneBites bags + cases for wonderful people all over the world, designer & founder Mary Pow has decided to retired this line of work. She will be devoting more time to her fine art. Mary Pow debuted her line of whimsical bags, purses, and cases in the shapes of cute animals, bugs, and more on Etsy in January 2011. Her fresh creations were an almost instant hit and soon she was selling MinneBites to customers all over the world.
The small bags that ‘bite’ took their name from the ‘Minne’ in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where they were designed and handmade by Mary from start to finish. The materials and fabrics used were always top quality and were sourced as much as possible from small, independent business owners located in the U.S. |
